Steve Jobs announced his resignation from Apple in August and on October 6 he passed away at 56.
After being ousted from Apple, the company he co-founded, he found enormous success with Pixar. Upon returning to Apple in 1997, he launched amazingly successful products including; the iPod, iTunes, iPhone, and iPad.
His track record for changing technology through each new Apple product release is extraordinary.
