I’ve written many times about my love of tracking and keeping tabs on my health and other activities using accessories and products that tie to the iPhone or iPad. From the Automatic for driving to the Jawbone Up, Withings Scale, and many other products, I’m a tracking junkie. I recently talked about the Kinsa Smart Thermometer and how I’ve started using it along with other tracking devices as well as apps for journaling to keep tabs on my overall being. In addition to activity and monitoring trackers I’ve started to use MyFitnessPal to log food intake. It’s not the simplest thing to do, and has taken me a good amount of time to get the hang of it, mainly just remembering to log the items, but I feel good knowing more about what it is I’m eating.
