Deleting photos

If you sync Photos from your computer using iPhoto, you cannot delete them off your iPad. You must unsync them using iPhoto. Is this what you mean?

This is my problem too,can you explain how to unsync certain photos off ipad?

I need this function too…I have duplicates I cant get rid of!

I did an “ unsync” my photos but it didn’t work! I managed to delete them from the computer but when I did “sync” again it didn’t change the photos on the ipad. I will keep trying and now know not to add photos to the ipad that I don’t want. I will delete them on the computer first then sync but still can’t delete the ones  I don’t want that are on there.

I can do that going forward but I wanted to know how to delete photos that are on the iPad that do not have a delete option in the task bar?
