Review : Calc Mini for iPad
There are a few things that are missing from the default OS on the iPad that seem odd. One of them has always been the missing iOS calculator. It just seems like a no-brainer to include it…but Apple did not. Thankfully, there have always been others to pick up the slack.
There is no shortage of calculator apps on the App Store, some paid, some free. Most think, “a calculator app is a calculator app”, but some are actually better than others. A new one that has been sent my way, Calc Mini, is a little different.

What I like most about this app is that it is exactly what it claims to be. An easy to use calculator for iPhone and iPad. It takes all the rarely used features of most calculator apps, and removes the fluff. In its place is a very simple and easy to use calculator for the iPad.
It’s not free, but at .99$ it’s not a huge expense either. Its interface is very large and that makes using it a pleasure. Take a look if you’ve yet to find your iPad calculator.
