As I pen this I’m 39,000 feet above the ground, somewhere between my home in Dallas, Texas and my end destination, New York, New York. Technological advancements, such as in-flight WiFi, are splendid.  That said, traveling isn’t always feasible, and if it is, one may be restricted by budget, where their company sends them, or a variety of other factors.

For those with an iPad, traveling is splendid.  Reading books, playing games, watching movies, and much more, is at one’s fingertips.  Not traveling, but have an iPad?  No worries, that too is splendid thanks to a new app, Around the World in 18 Days ($2.99), which allows one to travel the world from anywhere, using an iPad.
